tube buggy 4 sale or trade

I have a tube buggy that I don't want to sell as it's my project, but my grandpa just passed away and I don't have the time or money to finish. Ok, first I have the tube buggy, toyota 8 inch axles, set up for 38's and to be street legal. 4 link rear, 3 link with panhard bar in front. Setup with radiator in the rear and for propane injection. I have a 20R, 22R, 5spd manual, 4spd manual with t-case, and toyota auto with t-case, I have the propane injection and all the rest of the aluminum diamond plate for the body.  Now it needs, some finish welding, the engine tranny, and dual cases dropped in. I have the propane injection and there is a tank in the rear but either way.  Needs new shocks or the coil/shock combo scrapped for coilovers. I have not tried to sell it so I am not sure on the price?  I'm in Southern Oregon and I would like $1500 OBO, for everything. Possible trades or parting out. Anyone has any suggestions let me know. Thank you
