Dave'z Offroad Performance sell an excellent rear shock hanger that will work with the stock LSPV. Check it out.

Some just get rid of the LSPV.

Personally I've never taken one out there are several ways to do it, just do a google search for toyota lspv removal. I came up with several answers.

Dave'z mount put the bottom shock mounts on top of the axle housing. I do not know where the rest of them are mounted. I have seen Dave'z mount up with the stock LSPV still mounted.
