Ok so i tried to crank my torsions a little to fix the sag but only one side will actually go up. I tightened them both evenly and still the right side is the only one that gives any lift. i'm thinking new torsion bars?

Downey bars are made by Sway a Way.  They cost a bit more too.  1mm difference.  I have the sway a way bars and I am not impressed.  They say they have good corosion resistance.  :bull crap:  The paint is coming off them and the pass side bar is rusting.  My truck is also starting to sag on the passenger side.  Maybe the bar is failing.  But it seems to be getting worse.  I paid $100 for them.   The stock ones never rusted.

Sway a Way bars = 25mm
Downey bars = 26mm

Downey torsion bars are really stiff and you will lose flex up front.  I had them on for about a year but then put the stock torsion bars back on.  They are good for jumping but not for crawling or street driving.  I will sell you my used Downey bars if you want.
