blown head gasket---already has intake and exhaust manifold off
35 inch tires, 50%tread
2inch body lift
stock gears
hasn't been registered since 2005 --more than $500 in back fees
YOU TAKE CARE OF REG. AND SMOG!!!!!!

You have two options - part it out and get probably twice the $600 that you spent on it back or fix the reg and smog and drive it if it's worth keeping.  Me, I'd start pulling parts off and strip it down.  Even used injectors, for instance, if they work, are worth a bit of money.  So are the tires, the gauges, and so on.  Even the frame is worth something to a guy building a truggy.

so here is the deal I bought it for $600 which was a good deal it has a blown head gasket and $600 in back fees, it has a hole in the roof but have a a new one to put on it, odo says 300,XXX

hmm i just recently like 2 months ago payed back reg on an 85 4runner it was back from 2007 it costed 490.00 to get my tags plus a smog so ur lookin at around 800 for reg alone...

Why do you say $300 for smog? I could get it running and smogged for probly for $200 with parts included

went to the DMV the other day its just over $650 TO GET REG. and previous owner lost pink slip so can't get that until it gets registered, will sell for $700 you tow away and take care for back fees, so you'll be spending about $1350 forbuyig and getting it registered.. plus head gasket job.
