1987 4x4 onto a 1986 Turbo 2wd frame
« on: Jan 19, 2010, 11:43:00 AM »
I have a 1987 Toyota regular cab pickup sitting on a five inch Marlin lift with a 1985 solid axle. I bought a 1986 Toyota turbo pickup extended cab and I want to put the lift on the 1986. I would like to keep the stronger turbo Tanny, but I need a tail housing, main shaft and a shift linkage out of another R151F 4x4. I have looked a lot of places, but found nothing. Any ideas?

So you want to put a 4x4 lift on a 2wd? What's your main goal for this or am I missing the point?  :headscratch:
