Calling all Fresno/Central Cali: Bald Mountain this Saturday or Sunday!

Hey guys,

I _really_ want to hit the snow this weekend.

Here's a map of where Bald Mountain is at: Shaver Lake and Dinkey Creek Road

That map is the best I can do. Basically from 99, you take HWY180 east to HWY168, and take that all the way into the mountains to Shaver Lake, and just before you get into town, make a Right turn on Dinkey Creek road, and about 10-15 miles down that you will see the Bald Mountain trail head sign on the left.

I'm ready to go either Saturday or Sunday. TURBO wants to come but he's not sure. I'll see if CruzrDave can make it out also.

We'll want to meet somewhere in the morning, the earlier the better. From our Shop its just over 50 miles one way, so it'll take us a good hour to drive there.

So who's coming? who's coming!

Mike if dont find anyone to go with you, your more then welcome to join us this Saturday and Sunday. It would be a bit of a drive for you so you'd probably want to head up Saturday.

Ok, well since I dont have any one to go with, I'm thinking about calling this one off. I need some $$ anyways so maybe its best to stay home during this weekend so I can work at the shop for some extra hours..

I've got no doubt that there will be rigs up there, but I was hoping for some of my buddies to go but they are all busy.

Next weekend (Turkey weekend) I'll be down at the hammers, so looks like no snow until December for me.

If you're looking for a decent sized group to go with, it sounds like there will be a bunch for New Years. I might be riding 8itch with one of my buddys since mine won't be ready for it.

Daughters doing great,thanks for asking. I've been doing what I can here and there on the truck. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks the drivetrain will find it's new home.
