Would you get this Nissan 300 zx if you had the money and was looking for a car?

Hey yea all got a questions for or any ones that wants too put there two cents in . Well I'm gonna be selling my Xterra here this Friday finally . With the extra cash I will be having left I can get me another rig . I'm thinking about going something sporty / import again Nissan style . There is this Nissan 300 ZX 1990 model up for sale in my area for only about 4 K and with 120 miles . the body is stock has a chip and cat back exhaust it in along with  Here is the ad on it. I don't care too much for the woofers . but hey they are in the car already . Know would you go after a deal ike this ? if you had the money etc  .

1990 Black 300 ZX Non Turbo. Power Everything. Runs Great. I drive this car every day! 120k miles. New starter and Battery. Headers Cat Back exhaust, chip. Pretty fast. New Tires less than 4000 miles. New front bumper (Bottom valance got taken out) Decided to replace entire bumper. Leather on Driver seat is pretty worn. 600 amp Kenn wood with 2-12" fosgate woofers in back. Sounds great!!! I have owned it for 4 years with no problems. Ordered stage 3 clutch (not installed) but Nissan told me I had another 20K left on mine. Also has a custom cover

Not a chance.  Sweet cars but they tend to have some serious issues with rod bearings and tossing rods out the side of the block.
