carbonfiber tube and large panel

i have 12 foot 2x2 square carbonfiber/glass tube, the tube was made from uni directional fabric layed up in a 0/90/+45/-45 layup which make it extremly strong.  the entire tube weighs about 4 lbs i guess.  can cut up to small pieces. these tube is worth 500+ retail.
next is 1 carbon fiber panel it's 48"x 26"x 2/16th thick.  this panel was made to be used as a backdrop but that never happened.  the panel has some small pits here and there but the hardly noticable. 

i don't have  set price on the items cause i'm not sure what to ask.  i'd be will to trade for either a l52 tranny or a front axle rebuild kit or any peformance add ons for a 20r motor.
