it's running like sh*t!!

alright so my 22re has been running like crap lately.  seem that the engine kind of lags when you step on the gas it kind of bogs then takes up when it hit a certain rpm... also just noticed today that the rig kind of idles up and down when at a stop..... speed up slow speed up slow.......  i ran some seafoam through it, got a new air filter cleaned the afm and intake tube but still running shitty.... im thinking tps sensor or timing issue
lets hear some ideas

TPS or Fuel Pump or Bad Power/Grounds or Air Intake Leak or MAF Sensor.

Good luck, do some searching, this has been posted a few times with different solutions to the same problem.

i just tried to search    "efi"   and "efi problems" with 0 results both times. Not to say that search is useless, you can definately find cool stuff when you search but not usually what your looking for.
