hey guys

on a 83 pu with a bad master cyl. i have a master out of a 1 ton camper type truck.
will this master bolt up with no problems? it looks exactly the same but the booster is larger. :bolt:
by the way the master on the truck is the original.

the master on the one ton is 15/16. the master on the 83 is 13/16  thats all the diffrence i can tell.

Change the master and booster at the same time.  You'll be rewarded with better brakes for doing it. 
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

Yes, toyota didnt change things like that.  The booster from the 83 has a 1" aluminum spacer I think or maybe it was the later model.  Anyway it will fit with no real drama.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

i put the one ton master on without using the larger booster. the pedal is real stiff. but very good brakes. so i think i'll go back to the junkyard & get the booster and put it on as well. :bolt:
