:gap:

Thanks guys.

Its got some mods in the near future, I'm going to install a chip, intake, exhaust, hopefully a jake brake, mild lift, 35"s, toolbox, spray in bedliner (gonna spray the headache rack and box too I think), and the plates to run either a gooseneck or a 5th wheel  :gap:

Lift and tires soon, as these are nearing the end of their life, then the other stuff as funds allow.

If you want to run both a gooseneck and a fifth-wheel condider the B&W hitch with the fifth-wheel adaptor. i have one in my 95 F-250 and i love it. flat load floor when i need it and one of the smoothest riding fifth-wheel hitches i have towed with. It may cost a little more but worth it IMO

Save up and get the smarty it is worth EVERY penny. run 5" exhaust and don't look back. My06 has the exhaust brake and i love it. It sounds very goofy but works very well. i ran the leveling kitwith 33s and love it. I also love the high idle for those cold days

Done a little over the past few weeks.

Headache rack was getting pretty rusty, and the wheels had some spots of rust on them as well (stock steelies) so I went ahead and painted them.

Then it was time for new shoes.

2" leveling kit, and jumped from a 265/70/17 to a 315/70/17

Old front stance

Pulling the coils to put in the spacers.  Job went pretty easily, took about 3 hours start to finish. Max decided to help :gap:

Coil spacer.  I went with the pro comp kit, very easy to install, clear directions, very good product IMO.  $135 from Summit.

Got pics of the truck after the levelling kit and before the new shoes on my g/f's camera, but not with me now.

Nice! I had a 06 ram 2500 cummins 4x4 6 speed.  Loved that truck.  Transfer case ended up breaking at 94k so I traded for a 08 chevy 3/4 duramax since I was runnin lots of miles at the time for my job.  I think my old dodge would have pulled this chevy all over the place but this chevy does ride like a caddy.  Congrats on the truck!
You got to build it to own it

If you want an exhaust go to Cumminsforum.com and look in the vendors section and look for Farmboys diesel. Gus has the best price on exhaust around, I pay 300 shipped for my 5" and it sounds AWESOME. Great choice by the way, CUMMINS.

No stacks for me.  This truck will most likely never see competition, and thats the only reason I'd put them on.  Just not a fan of them.
