it runs a 3 litre diesel motor, ARB air lockers front and rear, 4 inch suspension lift acheived with ball joint spacers and torsion bar wind up at the front, and 2inch raised leaves and extended shackles at the rear. im running 33 inch simex extreme treckers, it also has a 2 inch body lift, a custom hi clearnce gearbox cross member, extractors and a few other modifications, im hoping to do a solid axle swap in the near future.

the front diff centre is on the drivers side, all vehicles in australia are right hand drive and we drive on the left side of the road

ohhh, so it's on the right-side of the vehicle, if you were sitting in the cab?

He said "the front diff centre is on the drivers side" so it's the same as ours since their driver's side is opposite of ours.

That's pretty cool. He can use the older gear drive tcases and all. Awesome

from what ive seen it looks identical to the tacomas and 4runners you guys drive, the only difference being we steer them from the right hand side

they're actually quite different. the tacomas have a coil sprung independent suspension with the differential on the opposite side (left hand). the fuel tank, exhaust, brake lines, gas lines, and some other things are on opposite sides. the wheelbases of the tacomas are also about 10" longer on all models.  your truck is actually the same as our 86-95 trucks, just with different engines and bodies.
