Some of you may have seen my Dad's past rigs , he's had a couple of mildly built really clean Toyotas in the past , Lockers , 33s , Etc. . He's always liked and owned Ford Rangers so we wanted to build one for him . We picked one up last year for him and imediately started collecting parts , 33" BFG muds , American Racing wheels , Dana 30 front , springs , Etc. . We were gonna start the build up right away but ended up putting the project on hold for a while (about a year) . . . We are now finally getting back to his project but we decided to go a different route . Here's a picture of the truck when we first picked it up . It still looks the same (just a little dusty from sitting for a year) , but our plans have changed slightly . Our plan is still to make it a 4WD trail truck . It will be a somewhat slow budget build . Stay tuned :

thats funny, my buddy just picked up a 2wd 87 for $200. what motor are u gonna run?
all toyota drive train?

Thanks alot guys $Beer Chug\'n$ . I had picked up a donor truck for axles and other parts but came accross a better one which I will be piking up within the next couple of days . No pictures yet but I will be taking and posting them as soon as we start on it which should hopefully be real soon
