Toyota Auto tranny and case
« on: Sep 06, 2009, 05:25:57 PM »
I have an Auto trans and T-case from and 1986 Toyota 4-Runner for sale, it shifts real good, as from what I can tell it is in very good shape. It is still in the truck (for a few more  weeks), so if you want to see it perform it will have to be very soon. The only reason that I'm getting rid of it, I going to do a 5 speed conversion..

I'm located in Chico CA.

Price: $150.00  o.b.o.

Email, P.M. or call me at 530-513-0031

Since this combo is such a hot setup.    :gap:

I have it out, sitting on the ground, ready to be purchased by the 1st person that replies..      :smack:

I will even throw in a fly wheel and torque converter.

21 or 23 spline on the t-case?
With enough time and money, you can do anything. Too bad I don't have enough of either.

Non-turbos are 21 spline, turbos had 23 spline... as far as I've seen around here.  :twocents:

Will that setup bolt up to my 83 22r. I do ALOT of DDing. An auto would be nice. I little loss of power i reckon but by left leg will stop spasming in rush hour traffic

Do you happen to know if the t- case is chain driven or gear driven?

The tranny is gone.  Not to sure what is all needed to make that happen from stick to auto.  But going from auto to stick was pretty easy and straight forward.
