       Im swapping out auto for R150F,What is the difference between the 6-cyl 5 speed and the R150F? just bellhousing?

Umm.. They are one in the same. The 3.0 and the 3.4 L V6 4WD transmission is the R150F.

The Turbo Trans is the R151F, and the only difference between the two are the rear tail housing and the output shaft.
Everything else is identicle, even the bellhousing.

So what other year truck can I go rape a R151F? or do you all carry the parts to modify the R150?

the only trucks in the US with the R151F are turbocharged 4x4s from '86 and '87.  kind of a hard to find item

Didnt most of the hilux's in Aus. come with R151F's?

I would like to know what is necessary to convert a 1986 turbo taanny out of a 2 wheel drive to work with a transfer case and adaptor from a 1991 model that has a 4 cylinder?
