i have 15x10s and i pop a bead every once in a while.  But i got a york compressor so its no biggie.   I think if i had 15x8s id be comfortable at about 2 psi

yeah even with the heavier runner, I run at 2 psi all day with minimal problems, just cant drive like your at street pressure.......

your truck does great in the snow by the way, we need to hit some of this fresh stuff soon.

i was running at 8 psi the other weekend. We went up and got into about 2-3 feet of snow but my ass end is light my rear tires would just spin on top of the snow...not even dig in. It sucked

So I've been saving up some parts for a while now and trading some stuff around and I'm thinking its time to change up my front axle. I sold my welded 529s and my 27 spline Longs and I found a smokin deal on a hi pinion e locker.  Then i traded my marlin hi steer arms for some six studded arms.
The plan is to have it all in and together in a week or so with a fresh gusseted and armored 85 front housing.  Here's some teasers

Nice! Always liked this build. Reminds me of my own truck, except it works lol.

On a side note, how did you like the 27 spline longs? Did you ever have any problems? I have some old 27 spline longs, but haven't had a chance to wheel them yet.

there super stong. they survived 10 - 15 wheeling trips with 37 inch mtrs and a welded front

Thanks for the info  I'm going to run a similar setup so it's good to know it should hold up.

Build looks good btw. The upgrades look sweet!
