all over HER face. ha ha ha! :ladys-man:
u mean were not talking about food?   :teeth:

axled89

hey man. what springs are thoes.
i love oregon wheelin.

86rustbucket

they are 88 rears that i added a leaf out of some stiff 4 inch pro craps, then i shortened the overload

axled89

is your hanger and shackles  in the normal spots.     like1.5'' forward or what ever.
i love oregon wheelin.

86rustbucket

i moved the hanger about an inch forward and drilled the shackle holes center of body mount.  i wish i would have put the hanger in factory location or just a .5 inch forward it would have helped with my shackle angle and steering

axled89

well i'm trying to get my axle forward more.    my hanger is the 1.5'' forward way.  and the shackels are in body mounts.    with the allpro 6inch front springs.      allready moved the steering box forward.    what can i do.     need help want to run bigger tires.
i love oregon wheelin.

axled89

would some kinda rufs  still work for my junk.   with the steering box were it's at.
i love oregon wheelin.

86rustbucket

youll need to change springs you could probly sell yours and build a badass pack of rears and still have $$$ leftover.               or sky and all pro sell axle relocation plates that are kinda like a mini lift block with the hole and pin offset so you can move your axle forward or back depending on how you put them in.

axled89

yea man i've seen those aren't those for the rear only thoe. some one told me not to use them in the front.

how much did you move it? i got a pic on pg. 1 that shows how much i need to move my box

axled89

well the answer there is far enough forwards that the drag link or what ever that bar is and the tie rod are parrelel to each other.  they don't cross each other like the one in the pictures do at all.        and i don't know if you want them to at all.   i think the more parrarell they are the better.
i love oregon wheelin.

86rustbucket

ya i know, i gotta move my box before i wheel it, a couple inches probably

axled89

yeah when i did mine i let the suspesion up and down.  then pretty much placed the box where it would'nt hit
nothing under there.  and it works like a charm
i love oregon wheelin.

86rustbucket

how far did u actually get it to move? the front body mount is right in the way i'll need to cut that

axled89

mine is not even touching it.  probaly 1 inch or so away.  they say to make tie rods parrall. so keep them on tell it looks good. and nothing will bind up.
i love oregon wheelin.

86rustbucket

maybe 2nd and 3rd gens are different mine is almost touching right now and i havnt touched it

axled89

heres what i have maybe we didn't move it.   maybe justed boxed it in with the plate.  i'm still about an inch .
i love oregon wheelin.

axled89

i think there the same frame and every thing.  i'm going to move mine forward some more some day i want to run 40''s.   i really don't know what to do with the boddy mount thoe.
i love oregon wheelin.

86rustbucket

i think id either have to cut the mount and reinforce it or lift the box a little and see if it will slide past the body mount

axled89

what the hell happened to ya!
i love oregon wheelin.
