Lots of mechanic work on cars to help pay the bills when the customers were'nt comming in and a seasonal UPS job loading trucks while going to college.  Oh, and also got paid to pull broken trucks out of mud pits.

Fences, landscaping and tree trimming(have to buy a new chainsaw now...)

Should add painting or anything for cash, damn college seems like a waste in this economy.

I've worked at bars and nightclubs as both security and bartender as a side job for 17 years.  The pay isn't great but its cash and the firnge benifits are well worth it.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

Helping some friends get their moms house ready to rent.  They don't know anything outside of a computer.  And just freak out when they hear the sound of a chainsaw fire up.  I'm also the go to guy for when it rents.

Only thing that kept me afloat after getting fired was selling parts.  I need a side job now despite having a new job, the inconsistent hours aren't going to cut it!

Nate if it weren't for all the cops in Redding, you could start, "Nate's Stud Service."

Pretty much, but it doesn't work like that.  They keep people around as long as they can justify paying us vs. sales.  Sometimes guys are cut loose after 2 or 3 hours, then sometimes, like the other night, I was scheduled to get off at 5:30 but didn't get off till 6:40.  I'm averaging about 6 hours so it's not horrible, but a second job would still be bitchin, though I may still try to figure out a way to make up the difference parting out rigs or  :dunno:
