Your the man.  (outside the boss)  Thank you for hooking me up.  I got looking at the invoice, and you treated me good.  I should have paid for all your lunches.  :hammerhead:  So, did you squirrel away the jerky?  I saw the pepperoni on Jon's desk Wednesday, cause I forgot the E12 socket.   :smack:  But I was excited!  :willynilly:  You guys rock, and it was way cool to have lunch with ya guys.  I wish I could hang with ya'll more, but 14 hours away makes that harder to do.

It's guys like Dave that goes the extra mile for his customers.  And Jon was way cool to me on the E12 socket and more stickers!!  :yesnod:  Cause we love stickers.  You guys rock!!  I wish I could have gotten time to meet Brandon, but he seemed way busy with the phone.

Till next time, your friend, Ryan Zwald.

Forgot about this post!   :cheese:   I love you guys, cause your like family when I come down.  Even tho you give me a bad time for making and bringing you cheese Mike!!  :yesnod:  And yes, our bodies are not designed to process dairy after infancy, but damnit, our cheese tastes GOOD!!

I will be down to Riverside/Corona area again in July, but I highly doubt that I will be in to see you guys.  Since the family has moved out of the Fresno area.  If we do, we/I will hit you up on the way back home.  Since we are planing on staying in Redding on the way back home.  Not sure of where we will be staying at on the way down yet.  Maybe Fresno.  Don't know as of yet.  There seriously is no place to stay along I5.  All the motels, food and gas stations are along 99.

So, get those TITS shirts back in stock and save me a couple!!

Forget Redding and instead stay a night with us out on a trail, maybe Red Lake. Get some fishing in before heading north :camping:

I would love to.  But this trip is one I can't deviate from the plans.  Just not enough money to stop and play.

We are tight on funds this year.  Oldest is needing a car, and a job.  Since he is signed up for a trip to Italy and Greece next spring break.  http://www.eftours.com/educational-tour/rome-athens  Which isn't cheap, but the wife and I agree that we are investing into their education fully.  And if that means we go without something for a while, then it has to be.  We want our kids to have the leg up, that we didn't.
Plus, all the kids are in band, and other activities.  They are all smart, and gonna be ready to tackle the world when they get out of school.

So, our trip this time will be going down to as far as Fresno maybe.  I would love to stay to I5, but there isn't any places along I5 from Stockton to Bakersfield.  And it's usually a 16 hour trip just to Fresno with stops.  So, that is our limit.  Then on to Riverside/Corona to LaDawna's.  Then my step mom is paying for tickets to Disneyland.  But we are only doing one day there.  And family reunion with LaDawna's family, Randy, Steven, Tony, and their spouses, and kids. And then back to Redding, via Marlin.  To Redding, which is a good place to stay, since it gives us a easy drive back home the next day.  It's nice to roll in at home in the early afternoon, versus 1am.

I am thinking of saving up and do a trip down just for a wheeling trip with you one time Mike.  I would love to fly in, and meet you and a group, and just go up and do a Dusy run in Dean's honor.  I keep thinking about that.  One day.   :crossed:

Funny Mike, really funny!!

No really, my parents only knew that they wanted us to go to college.  That was it.  They didn't know what it took for us to get there, or what to do after we got there.  Had to figure it out on my own.  It was a huge eye opener.  I was so freaking naive when I went to Oregon State (University) for two years and I floundered bigtime.  By the time I figured things out, I had two years of college loans I was paying on, and I was pretty much settled down, and having a family.  So, I am instilling into my kids what my parents didn't know, and what I had to learn.  It's not the "Go to College" speech.  Which is what I got, was "Go to College" that was it.  But our kids are getting the, "Go get a higher education, whether at a University, Community College, or even a trade school, for these reasons _____________" speech.

Yeah, there is alot of cheese that tastes great.  But we set the bar on what Cheddar should taste like.   :shades:

Why, because we truly AGE our cheese.  Most companies don't.  The only companies that are kicking our butts, are very small companies.  And they don't ship the volume we do.

I'm kind of stubborn and I like to make up my own mind. So please send some cheese my way and I'll do my best to determine if yours is the best. You are welcome.

I live right up the road from Rumiano Cheese.  They make some killer cheese.  Every couple weeks the wife goes to the shop and you can get a bunch for 2.50 or less a pound.

Rumiano is good.  They were contracted to do some specialty cheeses for us, until somebody in corporate pissed them off.

Looks like Walmart & Walmart Superstores, Heb, Arlans, and some Target stores.

http://www.tillamook.com/where-to-buy.html  <-- just type in town, state.  And it will show up with locations.

Lots of cool stuff on our website.  Go under recipes.  I have tried several and they are yum!  http://www.tillamook.com/

Lot's of cool videos on there too.

If you have slightly more time  you can take the state 2 lane highways that parallel 99 to avoid cars, slightly more scenic (43, 65, south section of 33(good for a motorcycle), 41, 49.....)

2 tips:  buy the baby loaf and learn to cut very, very thin pieces  ;)  I have a very sharp kershaw I reserve just for this

Nate you got it buddy!!  I love slicing Tillamook very thin.  Almost paper thin.  It enhances the flavor.

That and old cheese needs to sit out to room temp before eating.
