clicking noises from front axle

i know this has been covered but i was wondering if the tru trac i have up front could cause a loud click or pop at full turn or when i brake hard. Btw, we just sas'd it this last weekend.

bad welds, caliper bolts not tight, re check everything

I dont know what the click sounds like or how many times it does it etc. But could be a broken weld flexing
