valve adjuster nut torqe specs 22re

I am doing the valve adjustment on a '94 22re and when I loosened the adjuster lock nut, they were tight as crap.  Does anybody know what the torque spec is on these things.

Just make sure they are tight, a good 20 foot lbs will be fine.

I decided to go with 25ft-lbs, that should be good right?
