Anyone know what year Toyota went to an 85 MPH speedo in the second gen SR5 cluster?

The one I have in my truck right now is a 110 MPH, This is the SR5 gauge cluster I'm talking about.

Yeah my SR5 has a 110mph speedo. Course you'd have to push it off a cliff to ever GO 110mph...

got a ticket last week in my 81 for going... 81. lol imagine that. stock 22r with 31s. i couldnt believe it. didnt think it went that fast.

1985. Atleast mine is. My buddies 86 went to 110. And mine is an sr5 cluster.

my friend had one in his 86 4runner but its the one without the tach next to it his 4runner was non sr5

juds 85 runner had it in it.

my 86 runner did not.

I think 85 was the last year and they had them in 84-85.

lol is it just me or does it seem that the more i find out about 4runners the more it seems like the factory said, "what parts do we have today?... ok slap em on!" lol thats true though, is it an SR5 feature? if so it might have been an option.
