I am gonna try and get there by at least 7.  If you see my old blue 82 full of stuff swing on by.   It would be cool to have someone ive spoken with near me.
Anyhow I took a few pics of my crossmember painted and my fabbed spring hangers.  I have to box in the rear of the hangers this morning tho.

Hey there fordh8r. this is chevyh8r !!!  :ha_ha:  Get meeting ya at the swap meet. Too bad there wasnt enough mini people there.  At least I picked up 4 RS9000s and extended brake lines from a buddy who lives in Santa Rosa.  Plus I ended up getting a flip kit so I have some work to do. I need to get some shock hoops for the front since the ranchos are 14".  Anyhow THANKs for hooking me up with that smog stuff for jimbo.  I am sure he will be a happy camper.

Yeah, back at ya, it was good to meet you and  :blah: a while. Even if you didn't have a lot of nice things to say about Chevies.

Sounds like you got a good deal on some stuff then.  Now get to work!  :whip:

...and you're welcome as is Jimbo.  :beerchug:

I moved my rear shock mounts today and made a semi temp front shock mount.  Rears look good and front is ok but it just needs to last until I get my marlin shock hoops delivered.  I changed the drive line around and made it so slip yoke was on the diff side.  It did help my vibrations a lot. Lets see how having front shocks in does.

Well I did the u bolt flip kit on my rear today and fabbed some new shock mounts for my axle.  They turned out pretty well I think besides the fact I had to mount them at a 45 to align with the upper shock mounts.
I pick up my steel braided brake line adapters tomorrow morning and so I will have 26" lines front and rear. Getting very close to time to test the articulation on this bad boy.  What do you think a should get with stock shackles mc 4" springs and relocated shocks which are 16" ?   I am thinking I should be able to put my rear tire way up inside wheel well.
Ill take some pics tomorrow of what it will do.  I plan on taking a trip to the rubicon here in a few weeks.  Lack of lockers and gears its gonna suck for me. No sluice !!
