Got the 2 kick panels removed, had to unbolt the E-Brake pedal to get the DS one off, did more cleaning....

Got the 20 3/4" rusted bolts off the flat bed and the 2 1" welds cut off and now it floats.
Someone will be by to cut it up and take it Monday or Tuesday.

Just ordered a left and right floor panel to replace the rusted out ones.

Got them from C.A.R.S. Inc. for $21.00 a piece over the phone (internet site was more).

Got the lumber rack and tool box off today.
Also picked up this gear set, but it looks really shady.
Maybe the pinion that is in the truck will be nicer than this one.
What do you think?

If by, "the one in the truck" you mean mix and match rings and pinions....don't do it! The gears are a matched set. They may work but I'll bet not for long or they may even be real noisy. I've seen some slightly chipped gears, like what you have, work. You just have to be sure and file off any burrs on the gear face surfaces so they won't wear into the mated gear's surface.
