1975 GMC 4x4 Sierra Grande
Cost: $750.00

PO says:
Quoteswapped out the da-gum motor with a newer one, changed out the da-gum right side wheel bearing, bought it like this, has dual gas tanks but one don't work, there is some doo-hickey down there between the tanks that needs to be hooked up, oh yeah, the da-gum steering box isn't bolted on, guess I shoulda told ya that before ya started drivin' it, oops

Looks like it's a salvage, or cab swap, or something cause it has a new vin plate.

Not even sure where this is going to go, there are just too many possibilities right now.

I talked with MrsMini about it and she wants to restore and lift it. 6" lift 35's geared, new body parts, step side bed, new paint, new interior and a big annoying thumpin speaker box.

brockbuilt85

And the adventure begins again!!!
When in doubt, skinny pedal!

Sweet project. Though I gotta say I am not much of a fan of step side beds except on really old trucks. But if that is what the old lady wants....  :disturbed:

This is one of my all time favorite chebby body styles though. Either way this will be good!!

The wife wants Blood Red, blacked out, no chrome, so we'll see. She said "Make it evil"

fordh8r

Red would look good too.   If yer gonna go with no chrome I would say go with aftermarket bumpers cause the stock bumpers just don't look right unless they're chrome. JMO  :twocents:

Yeah, I was thinking something "RoadArmor"-ish.

I'm hoping to trade that bed for a regular bed straight across. We'll see what Dan can hook up.

fordh8r

It much more high tech than that...it's specifically designed to minimize steering input while offroad. kinda like cruise control only for the steering.  :gap: :rofl2:

It's already got one, only problem is they only drill the holes that they could reach. Don't want to make it too complicated ya know. :gap:
