2nd gen pickup trucks with duals...

im getting ready to dual case my 88 sas pickup i got the adapter with the 10 degree clock. im looking for some one with a 2nd gen standered cab truck who can tell me the length of there rear driveline cause its my dd and i want all the parts befor i start. my buddys are telling me wait till its done the messure so it can be exact but if anyone has the specs on there trucks driveline it would be helpful  :usa: im going through driveline tech for my rear and building a square front.....

is it a longbed or a shortbed?

and also note that using other peoples builds may not work... here is why, no 2 trucks are identical.... say you have a 4" lift, and some other guy has a differnt 4" lift, well now, they might be close, but if you take his measurement, you might be off, because his measurement was after his springs were broken in and sagged....


you really need to measure it on your truck from flange to flange... for the best results


too long, and it can jam into your case and break it, too short, and it can fall out on you

thats a good point i never thought of it that way but its a short bed. rancho 2 ich lift springs in the rear with stock rears up front with 2 inch shackle lift 3 inch body
