I am looking for some pictures of good custom dashs in toyotas. I was thinking about taking mine out and making an aluminum one. So let me see some pictures!!!

That was a pretty cool dash in the link. I would want to make one with air vents still. My dash is pretty cracked up in my 92 so I dont think inserts would help. We did inserts similar to that in my friends chevy. If anyone finds any other links or pictures let me know. I think I will start by making cardboard templates of the whole dash then make it out of aluminum.

That dash in the link is by far one of the nicest dashes I have ever seen!  If you look at my build thread you can see the one I did out of aluminum but remember it is just an off road only truck and was built for function that's it.  All gauge panels and switch plates were built to be easily removable as well as the dash. Dash stuff seems to start around page 13.

topar, I like your dash with the way you bolted on the other pieces to the long flat front. I was thinking of just cutting holes and dropping in a cluster and set of gauges but now I might have to do something similar to yours.

Anyone got any other dash pics with plating of some sort??? I have a week or two before I start making something. Im about to put a fuel cell and an lines in my Chevota...
