Here is the newest configuration in my 2005 Tacoma.  It has the all new Marlin crawler w/the t360 and 4.70 gears and an FJ cruiser t-case.  And it all works like a dream!  Thanks Marlin Crawler.  Your the best!

I knew that cup holder had a purpose! lol Looks great

Here is the DeMello-Offroad Fj Cruiser with a Marlin Crawler installed by RockSolidToys.

This is one of the only Fj Cruisers that is still IFS with a crawler box and the stock transfer case.

Ya the front two are stock boots. Cut in half to make room for the doubler. If you don't cut them in half. I was havin problems with the tranny shifter popping out of the forward gears. And the twin stick boots are TG. And they're all siliconed onthe bottom so it's pretty much air/dust tight.

Ya first I just sat the cut boots over the shifters. Taped them all together so they would be in the correct position when I took the boots out. Made a cardboard cutout to hold the boots. Then transfered the cardboard design to a piece of sheet metal. Some paint, silcone, foam strip and walaaa. :)
