 :yupyup: Yeah you can't scrub off POR15. You have to wear it off! That's why I think it works so well, it flows and penetrates deep into the rust and any uneven surface. I just spilled a little bit on my coveralls. It went through my coveralls, my jeans, my thermals, and still sunk into my skin!  :willynilly: From now on I'm more careful and always use gloves.

I had it on me for weeks,   the cap fell off when i was underneath my rig.  I just found a product called zero rust in a arousal can...

i used two qts on my underneath and frame minus axles and springs.  check out this product called zero rust you can buy in a aerasol can.   may be easier...

I hear you there.... It took a very long time to get my 92 where I wanted it then BOOM! Somebody hit me and totalled it..... hopefully the runner will be together by spring!

got the rear locker built and got everything welded up and in place, just need to por15 it and the axles are finally done.

The calipers are from a monte carlo. dont remember what the rotors are from, i think a chevy truck. ill find out the details tomorrow.

A full float toyota rear axle thats sweet, or it is some crazy hybred with a drop out 3rd.  Was that a kit you bought, or a true full float rear?  I think your first post said it was out of an FJ60.

yep from a 60, I believe they came on the early 80's-90 non U.S. models. Got it from from spectre off road.

its been awhile but finally got some time and pulled the old 350 and got the 5.3 in. still need to make some engine mounts but at least its attached to the tranny.
