Pumpkin, I have laid thise fenders on plenty, you would be suprised at how strong they are, plus if they crack just glass um; back up. Alot easier then metal work. Imagine a hammer to a steel fender, big dent. A hammer to a glass fender ussually means small chip. Night Krawler- Yea we were loaded, My son and I drove that truck 2500 miles on a 2 week vacation from Merced/Tahoe/Moab/Colorado/Sand Mtn/Rubicon, it was the best time of my life.
my old ladys new runner
Any guy who takes his woman wheeling enjoys her. A woman who is owned is left at home to cook, clean, and keep beer cold. So if this offends you you should stop looking and go have some tacos. And a beer. If your old enough.
is the front bumper purple? if so i've seen it look sweet
yep she got purple bumpers
When I saw Back to the Future as a kid I began an obsession with yotas, everytime i pull out of my driveway I think "damn, Im the luckiest guy to have such a sweet truck". I didnt know what a 22re was when I was a kid, didnt need to know. But the more i got my hands dirty the more i learned that its not just about having the best, its about knowing whats best, TOYOTA, turn key badass mutha f*cka everytime. I wouldnt trade my yota for anything. Im hooked for life.notice the roof It had a custom roll kit, bought it for $800 off clist, drove it home 6 hours to dfw fade to blkinterior as she sits nowBout to start building, watch for my thread, show be interesting cause i really have no f*cking clue what im doing!
makes me want to build my runner soooo bad
here is my 88 with 4.70's
SNOW ALREADY?! WHERE U LIVE! Nice runner dude.
Thanks bro.
Yep, been snowing up in the high (higher) elevations for the past couple weeks, nothing significant just dustings over night or in the early mornings and melting off each day by the afternoon. Today was the first that has actually hit me. I'm up in the Rockies in the middle of Colorado, my front porch is just a hair under 9,000 ft elevation. Everything out my back door that is above the tree line got it pretty good today, probably enough to stick around for at least a couple days.
Nothing crazy, just my wifes school commuter, 85 efi, 125,000 original miles, bought it from the original owner. Super clean and bone stock, except for the Canback i put on it. It may get some "mild" work done to it and become a family camping/exploring/light wheeling rig someday, when my other projects are done. Literally just went and took the picture about 3 minutes ago, first snow we've gotten at my house this year, cant wait for some actual snow, and snow wheeling!!!
Heres mine
Here is mine and Studentwheeler's mines been posted here before, but this pic shows the new roof rack, HID light rack, the rear spare/winch bumber, and the tubbed and welded rear fenders. Pics from Moab.
