which case to use as range box?

I have a 90 4 runner, v6, 5 speed, going to duel case's with a atlas at the rear. what case do you use for the range box? I know its a 4 cyl. case, but what year range and is it top shift that I need to use?

You must use a top shifting gear driven 4 cyl t/case.

All '79 to '83 trucks were top shifters, however the '85 to '88 EFI top shifting cases is the better choice.
You will also need a 23 spine input gear. We sell the strongest input made. It is the total spline design.

Can you please tell me what your building?  Did you say your doing dual toy cases in front of a atlas?  atlas 2 or 4? 4.7's in both toy cases? Or gonna run the 2.28-2.28 setup? what gearset are you ordering your atlas with?  I've thought about their 4.3 gear 2sp case myself.  Really dude, do you even know what your talking about?

did I read that totally wrong?  when i hear dual cases I automatically think 2 yota cases...stuck in marlin world

cool, will this case bolt to the later model trans or is an adapter needed?
Does Marlin sell this case ready to install?

and it is a 4.3 2 speed Atlas case, have a super 60 and a 10.5, 42 Iroc's, build pic's to follow....

I believe marlin sells the crawlbox ready to go.  He does sell it as a kit, or used to, I know that.  Check the sales part of the site, it'll be up there.  You will need the v6 adapter plate to mate the gear driven t-case to the R150 transmission :thumbs:
