I have a small disput with someone trying to tell me a Stock rangerover would outwheel my taco (lets just say with equal drivers to make things fair)

do u have a picture of said "taco" and "rangerover"? are these stock vehicles?

EDIT: just saw poll.......I voted for taco. though there is really only one way to find out. It would also depend on conditions, choice of tire, terrain, wheelbase, etc. It's hard to say right-out.

what a homo...range rover :psss:......its an overpriced explorer.....wow

the nerve of some people.

i had a kid claim that his 92 ford ranger on 32s with no locker would out wheel my runner..as it sits now, so i told him to follow me....he stoped saying that after 20 secs

A Range Rover in the right hands can be very capable 'nuff said on that issue.

A Taco in the wrong hands is a very capable vehicle all by itself.

The whole thing sounds pretty pud to me. Just go out and see. As someone said above, bring a strap, or make him call AAA.

Are we talking real range rover, or is that one ifs?  The older ones were incredibly able vehicles in stock form, straight axles and air bag suspension.

Let me have both vehicles for 2 weeks . I will drive each one through the Rubicon and back. Then do a report on them. Also,  let me have your camera too so I can take some pictures.

A 15 year old kid and his mommys car are a force to be reckoned with.

These Range Rovers can wheel better because they cost more and well just because. You should respect the brat  because he is better than you.

If I see one of these on the trail I run the other way, especially if they are stuck. I mean I wouldn't want to disrespect their abilities by pulling them out with a Willy's Jeep, that would just look bad. And besides what am I supposed to hook to the hood ornament?

If they were smart and I'm not saying they are, they would have enough money left after buying that turd to afford AAA anyway.

I would find a muddy trail and maybe even an ATV trail through the trees to help with getting that mud off afterwards.

That should do the trick, after his parents see how dirty the precious RR is and all the scratches, he won't be driving it anymore.

Range Rovers are awsome rigs!!!!!!!!

for sheep farms.....a Taco on 33" would be able to out wheel it in the PNW. However, that Rover would lay the smack down at the mall!
