webers anyone here good with them
heres the prob sometimes rarely but it will spit and sputter like its starving if i put foot to floor shell go like hell as iff the float isnt letting the fuel in so if i tap on the carb farey firm and start it up i have no problems

so ok i have doen the oveiousi put on all new fuel related items very resentlywhen i lost my fuel pump
ok im not going to even pretend to think i know much about carbs
anyone have this happen before thanks for the help
and No efi im to broke for that

Well if I read what your saying right, it's more than likely a neelde and seat.  and check to be sure the float pivit does not have any thing that could make it "hang up".   :twocents:

ok how do check the needle and seat
 i have check out the float looks good that is kinda what got me here because i dont no any more :beerchug:

well most likely would be that the float is "sticking" in the up or closed position. that would keep fuel out and would explane why banging on it would make it run again.
