I've got a stock 97' 4runner 4x standard tranny 4cyl. and I'm wantin' to put 33" BFG MT's. Is a 2" bl necessary? :dunno:Also thinkin' bout an e-lock for the rear. 8)

I dont know about the newer Runners but I would recommend cranking the T-bars, getting ball joint spacers and for the rear get like a 2" coilspacer....im sure youll have enough room for 33's Im not a big fan of BL's I may get one but it will only be a 2" at the most...I dont like the frame popping out of under me  :headshake:

I dont know what type of wheeling your into but if you like to do mud and water I would not reccomend the KNN cause since its open filter if any water gets close to it it will suck it in and hydrolock your engine...I saw this happend to a Ranger Edge out on the Den where we wheel.

Don't do a Body Lift...Get some Daystar pucks and block the rear.
That's how I roll
