How I spendt my weekend!!

First of all, I don't claim to be a believer, but I'm not a non-believer of religion.  I believe in living in a good wholesome way.  So, you can call me a non-practicing christian.  But this isn't about a debate or meant to be offensive.  And I don't intend to upset those who don't believe in Christianity or religion at all. 

So, here was my weekend.
I was invited to this~  http://www.pcmsummit.org/
And I had no idea what it was all about.  But my friends, whom I trust with my heart and soul, said I would have a great time.  And I did decide to go.  Blindly, I went.  I reconnected to alot of people I've met threw the years, and met some new friends.  I learned alot morally and witnessed alot spirituality.  I'm not gonna commit tomorrow.  But it opened my eyes to the commitment, and passion these guys had for Jesus and God.  I've never been this passionate for anything in my life.
 
We had a great speaker for the weekend, Robert Vernon.  Worked LA Police for 38 years.  Some really incredible stories from the street, and tied them into the bible.  Alot of his stories moved me. 

And then, there was Scott Krippayne.  Singer and songwriter, and he was awesome.  I love listening to music, his was incredible.  And it wasn't that cheap christian music.  You could listen to his stuff and almost not realize that it was christian music.  I recommend his music to anybody.  http://www.scottkrippayne.com/

And they had a artist who did two paintings in a matter of minutes.  I was moved.  The only way to explain it, is to see it.

I felt that even a non-believer could have enjoyed the men's retreat.  I would do it again, but I'm not gonna commit tomorrow, in due time, I might find my little niche of religion that I will find and be happy with.   I just want to share what I experienced on my weekend.
