posting pics besides photobucket?????

Is there any way i can post pic son here besides photobucket? i know it sounds wierd but the only computer i really use is at school and photobucket is blocked....so its kind of a pain in the a$$ to put pics in here. let me know if anyone knows what else would work.

You can post them directly from this site, look in the bottom left-hand corner while you are posting a comment there should be a link that says "Additional Options...", click it and upload any pictures you want directly to the site.

you will most likely have to resize your pictures before they will fit also.   pics cant be over 140kb each per post.

Try Smugmug.  same concept as photobucket.  Maybe they don't have it blocked.

You know what, I just researched this question no more than 20 mins ago.

I found http://tinypic.com

The problem with my photobucket account is that towards the end of each month I exceed my "free account" bandwidth and I'll have to pay $$ to get more bandwidth. So instead of creating a 2nd account with a different email address (which I am sure isn't allowed), I looked elsewhere and found tinypic.com

So far I like tinypic.com. Things I don't like about it is 1) as far as I can tell you can only upload 1 file at a time (or per mouse click), whereas with Photobucket I could highlight a group of pictures or an entire directory to upload, and 2) I don't like how only a small number of url links are shown at a time. Photobucket can show 100+ pictures at a time all with their URLs ready to be copied to your clipboard. But tinypic is more of a one-at-a-time deal which I find very cumbersome.

Check out Picasa.  It's a Google tool.  Photo organizer for your home PC, and with a click of one button, can upload an entire photo album.  Set it to upload to at the small size to get maximum # of photos..    By far the easiest application i've found to upload pictures to the web. 

Lol, i jsut added'em up.  I have over 3600 pics ONLINE through Picasa, one account.  I do not know what the max limit is..

@ the low setting of 640x480 avg size is ~ 60Kb.  which should be small enough to direct link to any forum site.
Probably wouldn't be able to install the program @ school though. ??
