rear bumper and rocker ideas

does anyone have any good basic designs for a bumper and for rockers for my 88 pickup, or a place to go for a good design.  my bumper brackets are bent too.  should i just keep lokking at junkyards or try to fab up some new ones

heres some sliders
87 runner, 4" trailmaster lift, 33" TSL/SX, 5.29's V6 e-locker, 22re that cost too much

here are mine.  I used 20 feet of 2x2 .120 wall.  Noched out the flap on the bottom of the rocker. Used 4 mounts to the frame.  made the ends 45 degrees.  If you take my idea then you should plate the frame were the mounts are.  I didn't do it and it does bend the frame a little were it is welded.

I wish i knew how to fab, it would be great!
