As long as it's a public auction, all you have to do is show up, sign up, pay any fees if applicable (they don't charge to sign up here), then you just have to be able to pay within the allotted time. Just remember, they'll attach some fees on top of your highest bid, so be prepared to bid lower than what you have available.
