PICTURES OF THE 20R HEAD any help please??

i pulled the head off my 20r trying to find why oil is getting into my coolent the head gasket was fine but in one of my intake holes on the head had  exhaust carbon in it i think one of the vales could be  crack in the head internally or somthing anyone with some ideas they got in my what i should do THANKS GUYS!! anything u got helps a lot

Take it to a head shop.  Tell them what was going on.  They can check for cracks.

i did but how and the heck am i getting oil in my coolent

your chain has probabally worn a hole ........
