I just got my new issue of Petersen's and it says they are going to scrap the Ultimate adventure FJ! :down: Because it's a preproduction model. So they are going to try and get it into top truck challenge and wheel it one last time.

Par for the course unfortunately.  Pretty much all show/build trucks get scrapped after they've fulfilled their use.  Liability issues is my understanding.  That'd be cool to see it in the TTC though! :gap:

Yeah I read that too.   It's listed as one of the candidates for Top Truck Challenge.  I guess they want it to go out with a bang.  I wonder how much they are allowed to strip off of it before going to the scrapper.  That TRD supercharged 4.0L  V6 would be nice to have.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

Meh the ninja turtle sucked anyway.  I'm more saddened by the taco's they scrapped due to frame issues.  :headshake:
