Sweet, then take some measurements, and fab it yourself.  You already have pics, just make it.  My only hints, is make it for duals even if you dont have them  (adjustable mounts).  Also, make it  very removable.

Thats pretty much what it looks like as of now. I had to rebend the tube that goes over the d-line to the flange at the frame, to make alittle more room for uptravel. I dont know if I'm going to much more to the crossmember right now, I am hoping to put in dual cases in a couple months. I will make a new one then or buy one then...

this is how i did mine using stock upper bracket with the rubber cut off .
dual with MC 10* clock adapter
