Big Bore Throttle Body

Is a LC Engineering big bore throttle body worth the 300bucks?  Mine is worn to the point that the idle sticks and what not, and it seems like a logical upgrade to go with my cam and header.  Should I just snag a TB from the junkyard and call it good?
