speedometer cable delete

i know most of you guys are not running a speedometer cable so what are
you doing in the place of it..

so nothing can get in or out....

i am sure you can find a threaded plug or pipe endcap at the hardware store

I left the speedo gear in and put the rubber cap that came on one of my AN hydro fittings on it.

what I did.
pull the cable out of the  case cut the threaded cap end off and epoxy a penny into the cap, reinstall cap when epoxy is dry
