This is a great budget tow rig and camper van!  It pulls Cajon Pass at 50 MPH towing my 84 4Runner on a 16' car hauler trailer.

It is a standard length van, so parking is never a problem.

It is perfect for 1 adult.  I am 6' 3" and can walk around inside.  There is also a cab over bed suitable for children or storage.  I need to sleep diagonally on the slide out main bunk, but 2 shorter folks could sleep side by side.  I have spent 2 weeks in this camper very comfortably.

I really love this camper and thought I would never sell it.  That is why I put so much money into it.  I picked up a very clean 95 Dodge Ram Cummins Turbo Diesel and decided to upgrade to a nice used Lance camper.  So, someone is going to get a great deal!

-25 gallon fresh water tank
-5 gallon propane tank
-2 burner stove with stainless steel top and cover
-Stainless Steel sink (cold water only)
-No grey water tank (I put the drain hose into a 5 gallon container and dump it in the bushes)
-New faucet ( 2/08 )
-New water pump and accumulator ( 2/08 )
-Porta Potti, 4 gallon fresh water, 5.5 gallon waste ( new 7/07 )
-Refrigerator (12V or 120V) it will run the house batteries down in about 2 days so I usually use an ice chest.
-2 house batteries
-New cushions on the main bunk
-Rooftop AC that blows cold (requires generator or shore power)
-Furnace does not work (I never missed it.  I just used a tent heater in the morning)
-120 VAC to 12 VDC converter
-12 VDC isolator between van and house
-CD/Radio in the dash, speakers front and rear
-AC shore plug
-Shore water
-Rear air bags
-360 V8 motor, automatic transmission
-After market A/C in cab, but it is disconnected.  I have all the parts.
-The interior and carpet are far from new, but they look OK and are great for camping (I like to think of it as "pre-dinged", and I don't have to worry about the first scratch).
-The paint is OK.  It looks good from a distance but is peeling in a few places.  I don't think it was prepped well before painting.

I have gone through most of the mechanical areas of the van.  It runs great and is very reliable.  I have receipts for all work done, parts added, and regular maintenance performed.

-4300 miles on fully rebuilt 360 motor with RV cam 12/06
-Heater core 12/06
-Radiator rod out 12/06
-Dual exhaust and mufflers 12/06
-Deep transmission pan, 2nd transmission cooler, and transmission temperature gauge ( 7/07 ).  The shop inspected the transmission and tightened the straps.  All looked good.
-6250 miles on rear tires
-Replaced shocks 7/06
-Front brakes 7/06
-Alternator 9/07
-Smog pump was just replaced ( passed smog 12/08 )
-Windshield wiper motor 2/06
-Both fan belts 9/07
-Speedometer rebuilt
-Brake controller 4/07
-Class IV tow hitch 10/05

ttt I can vouch for this van, this thing has had some major TLC. (I still would love to buy it back if I had the money)
