:headscratch: :screwy: No what I'm saying is that this is an excellent build on a trailer and that some may not realize it is even occurring since it is in his rig build thread. :shake:
I knew exactly what you meant.  :beerchug:  I was just giving Collier a bad time.

have you used it after you flipped the axle? after I did mine I now have some truble with the conner legges going all the way to the ground. if it's flat and soild it's ok. butt if I have to run a tire up on a block more than 3" it gets passed what it can reach. and have to put some thing under the leg, arm, what ever ya call it.

Mine is a 01 Colemen Sant Fe.
A good day working, that's just sick :reg:

I installed a small external speaker for the CB since the speaker on the unit is sealed inside the cabinet.

Installed the LED dinette lights. The 2 silver ones are battery powered sylvania golden dragons...I think each one is brighter than my 3 watt flashlight on fresh batteries. They have 1 hour auto shut off and are motion activated, HI, LOW, OFF...damn nice lights....and they are held in with magnet mounts so u can just pluck it off the ceiling and use it for a flashlight. The white one is wired to the 12 v system switch

Started decorating with stickers inside...kinda different

I converted the sink over to a water pump..here is the switch installed right under the counter

Sink

I used some spa hose for the filler and a fuel filter for a vent filter. Also sanitized the 10 gallon tank. I replaced all the lines in the whole camper.

Patio light installed. This thing is dang bright!  I still cant get over how nice the paint looks after 35 years. This thing wasnt babied...it definitely had a few dents and dings on it.

The camper came with no cushions, table or dinette benches so I had to make them all myself.

I made these benches so they fold down flat for breakdown. There are hinges on the inside.  More to come on this....

A little thermometer....looks like the heater in the garage was working good considering it was 15 degrees outside

installed some of those tiny leds I had laying around on the stereo cabinet. Looks kinda neat. I will use them for a curteousy light at night  and they come on with the step light outside.

Keep in mind the cabinet is NOT DONE YET!!!

I'm not very good at takin night pictures but whatever...

I put this recessed table mount in the floor to mount the table in...also I reinforced the mount with a small piece of plywood under the floor to prevent the floor from flexing if someone sat on the table or leaned on it really hard.

no those arent nailed in haha....there just happens to be a hammer sittin there

:)

Don't ever invite Unc to stay in your Pop-up.  The lights will make him think he is in a strip club and he will expect to see :boobs:
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

Son, u better listen up...that there is just a clearance side marker light wire and its fine....there is a panel that goes over it silly. It aint goin nowhere. I got more loom, zip ties and duct tape than u could shake a stick at

I removed every wire from the entire trailer. I found 2 bad grounds on the taillights after I removed all the panels inside (serious PITA)so they would have NEVER worked if I hadnt gotten back there. My buddy James (Oldskool) and I re-wired all the clearance and tail lights, a new converter/charger and all new 12v system.

Enough talk! Here's a couple pics...almost done..hehe

This is inside one of the dinette storage bins...all sealed up...insulation board and carpet on the floors...the wheelwells were also covered. The wheelwells get especially cold in the winter because there is no layers of paneling for an air barrier between them and the inside of the camper. If you have camped in sub freezing or near zero temps then you know what I mean. You can just FEEL the cold seeping in around you....fun stuff!!

I know it doesnt look perfect but its inside a storage bin so blahh..

The hole in the floor is for the high pressure line for the Tough Buddy heater out to its own tank (for now). There is a small rubber plug that fills the hole when I pull the hose in for pack up. I also used a piece of spa hose I had layin around for a grommet to go into the furnace area.

This is where the converter is gonna go..I put a piece of plywood behind it to firm it up on the panel.

So far this thing is working excellent. This is not only a shore power to 12v DC converter but also has AC breakers for house outlets and is also a 3 stage charger that I can plug in right to my house.

I am re-using the original cord which is in perfect shape

Here is a better picture of the dinette benches I made (keep in mind my carpentry skills are ZERO! I have a square and a rip saw that I found in the basement (I think thats what its called)

Got this vent for damn cheap...verrrry nice quality...I was impressed!

My parents were ripping the carpet out of their old house and I snagged some for the bunkends!

I started repainting the stabilizers. I will eventually get to the entire underside of the trailer to refinish and paint.

Kitchen LED and where the fan is goin in...

This is where the furnace was....

This was me an Paco on our first test run out in the camper....after a long day of camping! Yup.....pretty rough...

RIP KYOTA
