Can anyone give me the dimensions of an F250 front shock tower? Length/width/max height....

roughly looks like a 4 inch channel iron about 12 inches or so long

~11 inches from the top of the bend to the center hole. How high can you put these without excessive gusseting? Is bolting it on okay?
