Newbie
« on: Sep 04, 2004, 12:03:29 PM »
Hello there:
I'm uncle jesse, and I am a newbie.  Heheh.  I have an 84 extra cab and a 90 regular cab.  The 84 is a 22r with a cam, header, 4" lift, crossover steering.  The 90 is stock 22re with the exception of 31" tires.  The 84 is going bybye and being replaced with the 90.  I am in Merced, CA.  Thanks.

Yes thats correct, Dukes of Hazzard, the best show in the world.

I am selling the 84 because I am tired of carburetion, and I finally decided it was easier to buy a 22re than to make one.  To bad I decided that after I started getting a bunch of 22re parts.  Anyway, I also realized that the dropped hangers mazda spring swap and crossover steering was overkill for the moderate wheeling that I liked to do.  I also realized that it was going to take a lot more work and money just to get to the point of wheeling in it.  I hadn't gone wheeling in two years.  I almost got to the point of saying the heck with it and not having a 4x4 at all.  So, I bought a 22re truck, that is ready to wheel right now. Excellent!

True, I have been eyeballing that horn in JCWhitney for a while.  That would be primo.  BTW, season one of Dukes of Hazzard is out on DVD, and well worth the money!

Whoa. . . no confederate flag, that might offend some.  I could see the "01" though.  I really should have bought up that push bar on ebay a while back.  Genuine dukes.  I really am starting to think about those horns though.
