89 4runner build  Ok i know i need to put up pics but i am not sure how i can email them to someone if you could post ?  anyways   I am going to rebuild my 89 4runner   RT now it has a superlift ifs lift and a body lift  its on 36 iroks . it has a 22re and 5 speed . So today i bought a front axle . Plans are to lose the body lift and SAS with marlin 4 or 5 inch  . It has 4.88 and i want to go to 5.29  locked front and rear  I was going to go with ARB but i have heard alot of negative about them haveing problems  So maybe try the Aussie ?  Marlin sliders and Bumpers  and a Winch  and new rims  it has 15 x12 now  came with them But i want 15x10 beadlocks

Thank you   The white one is what i am going to redo  . I dont have the Zebra 4runner anymore  But i do have another 89 4runner it is red with the black top . To many projects lol . This is going to be a fun build i am going to paint Or get a Wrap so it looks like the old school toyota race trucks . I think i mite do the wrap Becuse if and when i get rock rash it would be cheaper to just get a new sticker than to repaint .

I have done some other things also  that i need to get pics of.   I just put new  Bearings and seals in the rear axle  took the stupid Bug deflector thing off . I also changed out all the interior  . When i bought it it had a rear set out of  who knows what ?  and the front seats were Red  with covers on them  so i found a complet 4runner and pulled all the interior out and put it in mine .

Also i put new exhaust on the PO had a lame :stopit:  duel exhaust set up .    I cut the rear brake adjusting rod off and spent about the last 5 hours putting a order together . I  will be getting a 5 inch Marlin rear lift kit   New sliders and a MC rear bumper  Then i can cut the nerf bars off and the rear bumper off The PO welded them on   and i can ditch the body lift .    Just not sure if i will clear with  the 36 iroks  with just the IFS lift ?   I also picked up a 81-83 front axle   and have started working on it   . just cut all the extra crap off and grinded smooth .    I will be coming out west this summer to do some wheeling so i am going to try and get as much done as possible  Just dont want to get to crazy till my extra work  picks back up

Ok so i want to  SAS now   But not sure  what to do . I do not want to get it apart then end up needing to get other things  so i need some help .   I have 3000 i can spend rt this second  so should i  Get the rear kit   (Blocks Now )  and a good locker  . since its a DD and will be putting Major miles on it this summer .  Or should i get the Front kit  , a set of gears and Long 30 spline axles ?     I hate the IFS  but in reality    I have gone many places with IFS  .  I will be doing a Long trip this summer and will drive From FL to Ca and stop at as many places as i can to do some camping and wheeling  .
