How do i post pictures

i know its a dumb ? but i cant seem to get them to post

click additional options, undereath the box where you type your post. then select browse, go find you picture, and add it. make sure that it is small enought to accept (big mike changes the size requirments frequently)

if its too big resize it and make it smaller. there are a tone of online programs to help with that, but us rednecks (myself mainly) use paint and "resize"  :d
