Carl Edwards has to be one of the biggest jack asses on the planet. He screwed everybody up last week and almost got ass kicked today by Harvick in garage area. Just fed up with how stupid and dumb he is. He wrecks his own team mates, starts fights with his own team mates, and just all in all  just a sorry person. I can not wait until Roush fires him and everybody else wrecks him. Just had to vent about this what does everyone else think ?     :reg:

I like Cousin Carl...nobody else will pull a video game move to try and win a race.  It was a bonehead move (nobody wrecks a teammate on purpose so it was obviously not intentional, but he's not a dirty driver and is quite good.  He bumped Kyle on purpose, but he didn't touch Jimmy so he races other people like they race him.

I'm a Juan Montoya fan, but he's not in a position to compete with the front runner right now.

Who is your favorite driver?  I'm guessing he did you guy "wrong" or you wouldn't be this pissed about such an obviously stupid, and unintentional, mistake.

There is no shortage of boneheaded mistakes by any number of drivers, and I bet there were at least two people more upset with Carl than you are -- Carl and Jack.

Right after it happened, Carl admitted it was a stupid mistake and he apologized to all affected by it.  That's better than some other drivers....

my self a Dale Jr. fan but it is not just the wrecking it is the way he acts. Like when he jumped on Matt Kenseth. Carl is just a punk. Yeah if he is running good and wining he seems to be great guy but first time something goes wrong or dont end up in his favor he shows his ass.

Carl Edwards is no different than any of the other drivers.  Actually he is one of the cleaner drivers out there.  Its Kyle Busch and Tony Stewart who are the dirty ones.   The biggest problem is is that Nascar has achieved such a high level that there is a bottomless pit of money to draw from when it comes to race teams.   The drivers don't care if they wreck because they have 10 other cars they can race with the next day.

AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

I don't remember the problem with he and Kenseth.  The story I read said he and Harvick had a verbal confrontation and then when Kevin started to walk away Carl grabbed him.  Then Kevin tossed Carl on the hood of a car and they were separated.

The bottom line is that you don't get to that level without believing you're the best and having an ego.  Things like this happen to normal people every day, the difference is most people don't have the media following them around all the time looking for the next BIG gossip story.

I'm starting to enjoy watching Kyle, but I'm happy that he's not doing well right now.

If we want to talk about drivers that are pains in the butt, Juan Montoya, who is my favorite driver, never "bows" to the leaders.  He'll race them hard when he's three laps down because he hates to get passed.  After one race one of the other drivers said he was that fastest car in 40th he'd ever seen.  Juan simply doesn't have it in him to get out of the way.  I was happy to see Jr. teaming up with him last week since it shows he's developing skills in the draft.  Dale wouldn't mess with anyone he didn't trust to do the right thing.

yeah check it out on you tube he acted like he was going to punch him after a race. but yeah no doubt they are all good to be at that level
